Pansement vite saturé, l’utilité de ce système est de régler la balance hydrique au niveau de la plaie pour qu’elle ne baigne pas dans les exsudats. Mais la quantité d’absorbant est trop faible et le pansement est bon à changer dans la journée au risque de favoriser l’infection ou la détérioration des tissus cicatriciels en milieu trop humide. Même à ce prix-là je ne le conseille pas. Je suis infirmier relais en soins de plaie et je cherche toujours une alternative économique aux marques de firmes pharmaceutiques mais celle-ci ne convient pas ou alors pour des plaies de moins de 1,5 cm2, peu exsudatives.

A number of the dressings had little to no adhesion at all, so they just did not stay in place. Even the protective plastic that you remove to apply the dressing was coming away from the dressing on taking it out of its packaging. Looking at the dressing in the right light, you could see large areas that were lacking the glue/adhesive property. Therefore they were a waste of money, as they could not be used as intended.

Excellent for ulcers on sole of foot. I suffer from psoriatic arthritis which also causes ulcers. I bought these after researching the problem and followed the advice.
