The mop head attached to the end with a cheap plastic hinge and swings all over the place. When you want it to be horizonal to be able to actually clean something, it will constantly try to swing back vertical again. Unbelievably, there is no way to lock it in place. This wouldn't be a problem if you were just using it on a floor, but obviously you would want this to reach high places, which is almost impossible with the mop swinging all over the place. Absolutely useless and unusable with no way to lock it steady.
