Great Smartwatch
This is my first smartwatch, purchased on the basis of lots of other positive reviews. I chose the square display as opposed to a round display in the belief it would display the information more clearly and bolder, which I think is true. This Garmin smartwatch is very easy to setup and to use. The range of information is comprehensive and presumably accurate. It does not give blood pressure information unless connected to a separate body monitor device. One of the Garmin's positive selling points as mentioned by many owners is its battery capacity. I wear mine overnight except when it is charging overnight once a week.

Love this smart watch!!
Love this watch. Good screen clarity. Health and fitness tracker are great. The app is easy to use. The battery life lasts a week easily. Great apps to download from the store. My hubby uses the golf app on this watch regularly when he plays. Would definitely recommend.

Good as a general fitness tracker
I've been using the Venu Sq2 for about two months, and much prefer it to FitBit or the Apple Watch. The good:- The battery usually lasts me a good three weeks or more before I need to recharge.- The Connect app is great, and I find the body battery and stress recording very helpful.- You can still notifications from your phone, as you would expect, as well as using it for payments. The not so good:- Often records ghost steps due to its high sensitive, with no way of reducing this. I normally find I have recorded a few hundred steps in the car or on the train.- The wrist strap is very short, and I don't consider myself to have particularly thick wrists.- It can't record elevation, so if recording floors is important to you, you'll have to find another option.

Awesome watch!
I have been slow to move to a smart watch preferring my Omega. I finally took the plunge because we had a steps competition at work! I can not recommend this watch enough. It is square looks like an expensive apple watch and does everything and more. Can not believe it even works as a GPS on my local golf course.

Excellent watch
Extremely long lasted battery. Very pleased with it and would definitely recommend it. The tracking app for where you exercised and what you accomplished is brilliant.

So far so good.
I’ve had a Fitbit charge for the longest time now. Really enjoyed the watch but the screen died on me twice so gave Garmin a try, it’s a lot more money but you get what you pay for and with battery life of 11 days. It’s something worth investing in.The tracker seems quite well for adapting to you, it has a Heart rate monitor, hydration monitor, all kinds of sports tracking, steps counter and of course it tells the time and date.Overall so far I’m really loving the watch and being able to change tracks and adjust volume via the watch when listening to music is amazing. I don’t have the music version, as I don’t go anywhere without my phone but I can see if gym people wanted to spend a bit more money the upgrade would be worth it.The only problem I have at the moment is the strap. It’s not long enough for my wrists, I have quite larger wrists and on the third from last hole.Second is the strap itself, it’s horrible to wear, makes you sweat and itch and given me a small rash from wearing it today. I’ve binned it and purchased a third party one which is softer silicone design, more comfortable and a tad longer, overall big upgrade from the Fitbit, and a safer bet than the Apple Watch with longer battery life.Picture of the Garmin strap attached for reference. Will update the post if anything gets better or worse.
