Not sure if they make any difference or not
The media could not be loaded. Zeberoxyz 2pcs Adjustable Ender 3 Upgrade Z-Axis Leadscrew Top Mount Z-Rod Bearing Holder .....No details, just comes in a small Ziplock poly bag. Includes a couple of Allen keys for the bolts. Very easy to fit, just slide down over the top of the leadscrew, align the shims to fit into the rails of the printer, then as you tighten, they will turn and grip the rails.I ran the Z-axis up and down to let it self-centre before tightening the top bolts to fix the bearing into position. I am assuming this would be the best option as I don’t want any strain on the leadscrew whilst it turns. The bearings run free, there are traces of oil on the fittings, so the bearings are already lubricated. As my Ender3 only has one lead screw, the second top mount will be kept as a spare.I have run a couple of prints and I haven’t noticed any difference, they may be more beneficial if you already have problems with your Z-axis, but for me I don't really notice any difference in my prints.

The M3 hex-nut holes do not hold the hexnuts. The M4 holes are too small for regular M4s.
The hex-nut holes do not hold the hex-nuts, so you heed wedge something in there to stop the nuts from turning. The horizontal mounting M4 holes, where the M4s attach to the frame are too small for regular M4s.Comes with a cheap, useless hex-nut wrench, which you already have a box of 100s.
