Performed exactly as advertised.
Used this to insulate around a bathtub and it worked great. The foam expanded exactly as expected and provided a solid, supportive fill without over-expanding or creating pressure issues. Once cured, it formed a dense, durable barrier that helps with both insulation and soundproofing. Just be sure to follow the mixing directions carefully and prep your area—it sets fast. Highly recommend for home projects where a strong, stable fill is needed

Works as advertised
Measure equal parts into 2 containers. Pour into a 3rd container and stir for 20 seconds then pour into what you want filled. I used this in an aluminum sectional flag pole to make it rigid for use as an antenna mast. Worth noting, when this starts expanding it does it FAST if it’s hot outside. 1 1/2 fluid oz. of each part (3 oz. total) expanded to fill 13 inches of a 2 inch hollow pole and this stuff is hard as concrete but super lightweight. Wear gloves as you don’t want to get any on you and it does heat up when expanding and curing. It only takes 5 minutes or less for full expansion. Expands probably 10x the volume when mixed properly. This is great stuff.

Leads to catastrophic failure
Yes it works to create a good amount of foam. And the foam looks strong at first...But if something brakes the surface (I was able to break it pushing hard with one finger), then the foam under the surface is extremely brittle. It's strength is then compromised. In other words, your application could fail in a spectacular way once the surface is breached.Maybe one way to use that is to make sure that the resulting foam is not exposed to anything, like into a fully enclosed box. But that's not how I wanted to use it.

Very easy to use, good level of expansion and a decent material consistency when cured
I used this product to pour through a small hole into an area that an animal was attempting to dig under my deck. It expands pretty rapidly and you need to get it poured as fast as you can after mixing it. You have maybe a 60 second working time before it takes off. It expands very rapidly and voluminously. It filled the area with decently hard cured material. Just don't put it someplace fragile and confined, it will very happily push out thin wood on its way to full expansion. The end material seems acceptably durable. It builds a thin skin on itself and it's not easy to rip apart or dislodge. The resultant material also sticks aggressively to anything, so make sure you are ok with that. Also, don't get the pre-cured material on your hands; it sticks extremely well to human skin and it will be a pain to get off. Overall a great product for filling spaces!

Great for casting from molds
This is our go to foam for casting figures from our molds. It is a little expensive, but the 6lb retains awesome detail.

Hard as a rock but floats
When mixing we found it better to dump light colored into darker one at equal amounts. when combined and mixing it will turn to a milky color then to a dark color and you will feel heat in your mixing devise. Then it will turn light brown and start to bubble and then you need to dump it where you want it ( maybe 10 - 15 seconds )
