I would say taste and value is subjective but I found it to be very good. I've had it mixed with water and it's a good morning drink. Single sachets make it very convenient. It has been 10 days now so too early to talk about effectiveness.For those who feel gas built or bloating on having this on an empty stomach, it would be better to try this out with water substitute or drink+snack.

I used this product for 2 months and bought it for another 2 months from the instagram account. I feel I should opine on this platform as well. Mine is a mixed review. The skin colour becomes slightly better. Hairball was intense at first but then it stopped and hair length got better. Have to say no superb effect on hair noticed. But the headaches were there, very slight. And once I stopped using it, headaches have disappeared. Another thing is it led to some breathing difficulty for me, as I had a bit of inflammatory lung airways going on. So whenever I took it early morn, the breathing or suffocating feeling was there. and when I stopped it, the problem disappeared. Clearly this is not for all. Do consult a doc before u have it. I still have unused packets with me ( as seen in image). Can share with anyone to whom its useful.
