which is the more appopriate lens hood for 27mmR-WR?

My copy came with a little "Dome Head", that's Fuji's term, not mine. The head screws onto the filter ring and suppresses lens flare without casting a shadow on the small cameras with a built-in flash. That's all the lens hood you need for such a small lens.

Will it be as noisy as the original mk i version of the 27mm?

Will thos fit thr X-T100?

Yes, of course. As long as the camera has an x mount, all xf lenses can be used. The X in the camera name indicates the mount.
