TL;DR- Works wonderfully overall. It's very soft but also sufficiently tight and textured, and the opening leads into the canal in a very natural way. I'm 6 in and it manages to fit me just right. Unfortunately I kind of ruined it by wrapping it in a 5V-2A heat pad for way too long which ended up deforming the shape and degrading the texture in the canal.
