Terrible cups
When received order I would say about 30% of the cups were cracked. 20 % lids fall off. As in photo. This one cracked just sitting in cup holder.

Not great.
I’ve ordered from this seller multiple times and the cups keep changing, but the last two orders have been just terrible. The lids fit so loosely that the drink spills out of the cup is tilted. I’ve been super happy with the purchases up until the last two orders.

Super flimsy, not good for hot liquids
The bottoms melted when I put a half cup of hot (but nowhere near boiling) water in them to make the base for Loaded Teas.

Do not buy these cups.
The lids do not fit on these cups and they fall right off. They do not snap into place. Causes drink to go everywhere. For as expensive as they were, the lid should stay on!

Defected every time you order!! No Customer service!! I didn't want to leave this because they have always supplied good cups but now they are terrible!!
