Bought this to recess in a desk I made. Works great and a good value for the money.

Initially it looked like a great product to add to my nightstand, after receiving I realized the cable's gauge was a little bit thin, after installing it, I just tested the AC connectors, which worked well.The night after I connected my cell phone to the USB-C Port, after a few seconds I started hearing a loud humming noise, later realized it was coming from this item, both USB-A and USB-C ports produce the noise, rendering it unusable if you are near for any period of time.I contacted Amazon support and the only "troubleshooting" was a suggestion of unplugging it and trying a different outlet (DUH!) which I tried before contacting them.Was offered a refund that I never received and had to contact them over 5 times, never received it.Was told to contact the seller for warranty, seller never replied.Worst part, I bought 2 of them and they both produce the humming noise.Product gets 2 stars, because it looks nice in the furniture, the cord length is enough for most rooms and at least the AC connections work well.Amazon "Support" team gets -1 star, promise something and don't deliver, make customers waste their time and the last CSR I talked to refused to review past interactions and I had to repeat the whole story for the 5th time.

This item was appealing for the USB/USB-C combo, but don’t buy.I bought this charging strip for a drawer my kids use to charge their iPads, etc. The first time we ever used this power strip there was a strange high-pitched noise. It only makes noise when using the USB and USB-C charging ports. I’ve never experienced an outlet or charger making noise, but can’t be safe. And it’s really annoying. So needless to say I’ll be returning this item pronto.

This power strip would be great exvept that the USB ports, both ports on both power strips that I bought buzz when you plug something into them. It doesn't matter what device or which cord, and it buzzes even when only a cord is plugged into it with no device. Not only is it irritating but it makes me a little nervous. So we don't use them and use a plug which now leaves me short on outlets again.

This outlet makes a high-pitched noise when using the USB-C charger, which is highly annoying. The cord is dangerously tiny for the number of outlets, and it gets hot when anything is plugged in. To top it off, it's not UL certified. The picture shows how small the cord is compared to another brand, with only two outlets.

Installed it in a drawer by cutting out the back. The heavy-duty cord easily slides back and forth and it works great.Template included. Easy install. Good price. Great value. Highly recommended if you're trying to declutter your cords!

This was perfect for my workbench, no more crawling to plug in tools. Also, never enough usb plugs, thanks!
