Effective protection
These are durable, effective red-light glasses. My eyes are sensitive, so I like to wear some eye protection during my facial treatments. These totally block out all the light and are comfortable to wear. They don’t leave lines or impressions on my face. So much easier to slip on and off than goggles. They even look pretty cool, an added bonus. Reasonably priced too.

They work great for the purpose of the manufacture made for
They’re super dark making it hard to see.I wanted them to block out the very bright sunlight on a beach with the whitest sand. But they would definitely be great for looking at an eclipse, welding, or what they were manufactured for, red light therapy! I’m keeping them for any eclipse!

They serve the purpose
These glasses are really dark. Perfect for the tanning bed or even laying out in the sun to protect your eyes. I have a small head they fit fine. My husband tried on and said he thought they might work when he's using a cutting torch from the flash. (I don't recommend though). They look like they're really durable and comfortable.

They work well for home IPL - a little bit of light leakage under the eyes
I did a lot of research on several different options before deciding on these for home IPL use. The first time I used my IPL, I didn't have laser goggles, and just used sunglasses. That was a mistake. My eyes seared all night. I was glad I still had my vision the next morning. I needed something that would allow me to see what I was as doing, and a lot of these glasses are labeled OD5+ for clients, but sound like they are too dark to really see through. I chose these mainly because they block a large spectrum of light, and it was clear in the product link that they were for operators, and that the lenses looked dark green instead of black. They were labeled as OD4+, rather than OD3+, which is what I have seen is the recommendation for operators, (and the manual says they are OD5+) but I decided to take the chance. Luckily, I am able to see through them, and at the same time, I can TELL that they are working. I used the IPL tonight without searing my retinas. They come in a nice, hard case, with a microfiber cloth, too. I was happy to find that they fit fine on my average-sized female head (another reason I chose these over others). One thing I had worried about though was light leakage from under the eye, and these do not fit very tight to the face in that area, so that is an issue. Particularly since I am using this on myself, the angle/distance of the light is difficult or impossible to avoid in some cases. Still, it is better than nothing, and since I have the direct comparison fresh in my memory without wearing these, I can appreciate how well these do work, even with the light leakage.

Amazing Red Light Glasses
I’m impressed extreme well made. Even protects the sides of the eyes. The case, I did not realize it came with a protective hard case. Looking forward to using this for years to come.

Dark tint, large size
Really dark tint- literally can’t see barely at all with them on. The downside to these glasses is that they are really wide- the sides, top and bottom all have huge gaps and let the blinding red light in. Additionally the side panels are flimsy and fall off easily. If you have a bigger head these would probably be fine, but for me they’re just too big.

Stolen!
So I got these for experimentation and they ended up being stolen. While they are designed for laser work. They function excellently when you have a migraine headache. But where did they go? Well my 27 years old took them to deal with the morning sun when driving to work. It helps her vision and I totally agree. Great value.
