Although this states ‘travel’ it came with a notice saying cannot be used with an adaptor. Have people successfully used this product abroad?

Hi, It is foldable and light weight with an included storage bag makes it an ideal travel companion. Only for 220-240 volts outlet use; Plugging into 120 volts will damage this product.

Can you refill it even if it's hot ? Or you need to wait for it to cool down ? Thank you!

Hi, You don't need to wait for it to cool down when you want to add the water. But please avoid touching the steam heat while still hot.

althought it states not to use adaptor of less than the 220-240 volts. If i use an adaptor of the correct voltage will this work?

Hi, It is unable to convert the voltage. It comes with the UK 3-pin plug, please use it in UK. Only for 220-240 volts outlet use; Plugging into 120 volts will damage this product.
