Tried everything else and came back to this
I have gone thru two tubes of this stuff, but with everything so expensive right now, I went on a quest to find a cheaper alternative. I bought 2 other highly rated products, one in a tube, one in a little jar, both less than half the price. I liked the idea of the jar, so I could just dip a cotton swab into it. Neither performed well. I don’t use it for oxygen or cpap, I use this stuff for a constantly dry nose. By the end of a day, I’ve got crusty junk inside my nose and it is irritating, plus it can hurt. The other products really don’t do much for this issue. This stuff, however, I only have to use every other day and it still keeps working!!! I have two slightly used similar products that are going in the trash and I’ve come back to Maty’s. It’s worth the price, The most moisturizing product out there. Smells pleasant, no more dry nose. Don’t waste your time on anything else.

Perfect for folks living in dry climates
I use this quite a lot because I live in Colorado and it's very dry here but this ointment really helps and does wonders for super dry noses that tend to crack or develop scabs and whatever. I use it all the time.

Just got it
I just got this product and I used it for the first time. I’m hoping it helps with the healing. I do like that. It’s very lightweight smells really good. Little goes a long way. It is very small for the price, but If you use it sparingly, it should be all right. Definitely use like a Q-tip or even like a little rubber spatula to apply. I will update and see how it goes.

Works all day long and night
Husband 5/5 approvesHe’s tried everything for his dry nose. He’s a constant nasal spray user due to surgery & he now uses a cpap (tries to)This stuff keeps his nose hydrated all day long which never happened with his other attempts.Couldn’t recommend more.

Works but smells awful
I love Maty’s chest rub and how it smells so I was hoping to like this ointment too. It does moisturize nicely and helps with nasal dryness/soreness from runny noses but it smells awful. I can only describe it as a weird sweet leathery smell. Two of my kids have also declared that it smells bad and they don’t want to use it. It made me nauseous which isn’t a great experience when something you put on/in your nose smells that bad. I will continue to look for a better smelling option.

Really works!
This product has helped me so much. My nostrils have been dry and cracking so much while on accutane and this works so quickly to heal. It is not fragrant which I appreciate. A little bit goes a long way.

Healthy ingredients and and preventing nosebleeds
Ingredients seem much better than Vaseline, and it is helping to prevent nosebleeds! I usually get nosebleeds when I travel to Colorado on ski trips, but this time I used this product each morning and evening and didn’t get any.

Wildly overpriced, doesn't clear nose but does soothe well
- Made in USA, sourced globally- A slightly runny gel- Expiry May '25On of the box claims is helps relieve nite time stuffiness. I haven't found that to be the case, even a little. It says no fragrance and that's true but that doesn't mean it has no scent, it just means they didn't add anything specifically for smell. Its natural ingredients have no odor in the tube but once in the nostrils, it's a horrible warm black licorice type smell. Not excessive so I can get used to it but not at all pleasant to me (but I've always hated licorice).Still, it's a very solid 4 stars for me because it's doing a very good job at its other claim, soothing dry, irritated nose tissue.I use a cpap and have a high setting. For several years I used a nasal pillow then found out nasal pillow shouldn't be used at that high a setting. By then, though, it had already trashed my nose. Bloody noses 3 or 4 times a week and the outside rim was always sore and red. Even though I haven't used a nasal pillow for over a year now, I was still getting bloody noses.Using this every nite has completely eliminated the bloody noses. If I skip a nite, chances are I'll have another bloody nose. I'm hoping with some time it'll heal but for now, the red, peeling, sore irritation at the rim outside is gone and I don't have bloody noses. The price is wild and soft tissue like the inside of a nose takes ages to heal so I'm looking into making my own (ingredients are on the box) because I simply can't afford it with the currently trashed economy and artificial shortages driving prices up more. I happen to make my own supplements already and all the ingredients in this are easily sourced but if they'd priced it reasonably in line with its ingredients, I wouldn't bother making my own, I'd just buy theirs. So, effective product for soothing noses, just a stupid-trend-price and doesn't fully meet claims.
