Tastless and useless
Absolutely useless. Has no significant taste. This does not change any flavour.

It does gives nausea and headache
It gives ok ok taste to food. After eating mouth feels as if swallowed some soap. Got cramps in stomach mid night.. Gave me headache nausea. 💔😕

Don't consume it is Chinese product
It has so many disadvantages for health like heart attack Asthma etc it is also banned in China and in developed countries
