I use the 5060 series at work and we love them. This one is a couple of versions up and it’s fast! Used a tablet for 4-5 years and got used to weekly visits to the library. It’s very easy to set up. So easy I may send another one to my mom who relies on an outdated laptop. One thing: the Bluetooth transmitter for your keyboard and mouse is inside the battery compartment for the mouse. It’s ok. I panicked so you don’t have to. You don’t need the operating system loaded to use the wireless stuff. The Refurbishers thought of everything. Just give it a few seconds to recognize then then you can proceed with the on screen set up guide which is literally 4-5 pages. And if you have an auto uploading program, don’t let it eat up 70% of your hard drive space the first day! Turn it off during setup until you’re more more familiar with not only the computer but your own needs. Overall? You NEED this computer. It’s all WiFi and Bluetooth so you can travel with it.

I looked at lots of reviews before I bought this system and I wish that I would have paid a little more for another brand.The system is slow, there are websites that I’m not able to access from this device, despite the browser that I use. Even when I disable the firewall, there’s no success. Also, the keyboard and mouse are terrible quality and connecting items via Bluetooth is a chore.

This was a good purchase. I recommend this product.

This is 100% stolen item!! It doesn't workIt requires password on it is not refurbished it is not inspected. Tried calling number that was included with the item so many times, no one ever answered.
