Great product that holds five apples.
Great when you have a lot of apples. It can hold about 5 apples, and so saves time in raising/lowering the pole. I knocked off a star as the hand tightening does not tighten as much as i like: for better results and to avoid it slipping off the pole, you will need to use pliers. I got a lot of apples done in a short time, despite some need to retighten. TIP: it comes without a pole. You can use a pole that you have for painting or changing ceiling lights.

Simple but effective
Very simple design, but quite effective. A great deal for the money. Used it on an Orange tree with high fruit and was able to get it all. It has a sort of "universal" attachable end, so it works with nearly any pole, and it's surprising that you don't really need a super long poll to get pretty high fruit.

ill have to go buy a better replacemet piece
the basket is ok...but the twist bracket that keeps it tight, broke the first day..its cheaply made..ill have to go buy a better replacemet piece...costing me more time and money

Attachment to pole: to much trouble
This item was not designed to work.. The clamp bracket striped, there was no room for it to be tightened down to a standard pole.

You don't have to use a ladder
It works great, the only downfall is it gets caught on the branches occasionally.
