Excellent product for constipation

Not worth to buy.
Why did you pick this product vs others?:It’s not what I have thought of it. Its flavour can only consume with any sweet dish or curd or milk. As the taste is tangy so I couldn’t use it with my proper meal. I have to use it with my breakfast edibles like muesli, cornflakes or rolled oats.

The taste is disgusting!!
It claims that the product tastes good, but it tasted really bad. To explain it, it tastes exactly like how yoy mix strawberry yogurt in water with artificial sweetner. This product is high on artificial sweetner making it taste super super weird and syrupy.It also makes you bloaty and gives you a tummy ache!Value of money is 0Quality is 0Effectiveness can be somewhat around 2.5Energy level is 0I would not recommend this product to anyone sadly.

Delicious and Effective Prebiotic Fiber
I was keen to try the Daily Fiber from Wellbeing Nutrition to reduce my cravings. They have used superfoods only to provide Prebiotic fiber and has a nice pinacolada flavour. I have taken it for last 3days and notice a difference. I took it in between my breakfast and lunch time. They have provided single serve sachets which is easy to carry at work or whenever you're travelling. Delicious, hassle free and easy to consume fiber !
