These beds are heavy duty. It takes 2 if your doing stairs for sure. Well worth the effort. Unfold screw in the legs to the height you like and plug it in. Doesn't get easier. Remote is awesome as are the options. Raise and lower of course but this has massage a flashlight and under bed lighting so you can see the two usb ports. It just doesn't get any better. The 12" mattress is the bump. Not too firm or too soft. This is not the cheapest set on the market but guaranteed you will NOT REGRET this purchase of this Twin XL fully adjustable bed with 12" mattress. Packed perfect so no lost parts or damage. Fast shipping. Super easy assembly. If you can screw six legs on, you can put this bed together. Mattress just took a few hours to fully expand. Mattress is boxed separately.

I purchased the full-size adjustable bed, and the 14" mattress with massage. Renanim thought of everything when designing this bed. First and foremost, it is so comfortable! I have had 3 back surgeries, and I have constant neck and back pain. Although my back problems still exist, I can say that I had a great night of sleep! The remote lights up and there is also a LED light at the tip of the remote along with underneath bed lighting, with 2 USB ports on each side. There are several different heights that you can choose for the bed. I decided to use the lowest height because I have a cat, and this will prevent her from going under the bed and playing with the electrical cords. I have attached the different height photos for you to see. Also, the massage is wonderful, and can be set for 10 minutes or 20 minutes for relieving neck, back and foot pain. It was worth the money!Also, customer service was fantastic! As soon as I purchased this bed, I received an email from Renanim informing me that the bed will come in 2 deliveries. Anne and Mary answered every question promptly and was more than happy to help. I would definitely recommend buying this bed and mattress to anyone of my friends.By the way, the headboard on this bed did not come with this purchase.

I had bought the double size bed and have loved it. So I ordered a twin xl for the other bed room. easy to assemble.It has been great for sleeping after rotator cuff surgery and was able to use the bed as a recliner.

Assembling everything was super simple! it basically was assembled in the box!! I don’t have much to complain about besides not having colored LED lights (or at least brighter ones). Now the mattress is different, i’ve owned quite a few memory foam mattresses and this is by far the worst. Over time you get used to it, but it’s still noticeable. The thickness is amazing, the stiffness is ok. It just doesn’t hug you enough

Wish I would have ordered this bed sooner. It is amazing! Ordered with the recommended 12" mattress and slept the first night on it. It was comfortable enough but I already had a 2" mattress topper that I put on it and made it even more comfortable. Works perfectly... I can even adjust it in the middle of the night when my husband isn't breathing well and never even wake him up. Great purchase.

Not knowing what I was getting into, I bought this, my first adjustable bed! Two shipments with different shippers! WHAT????! A nightmare that should never happen again to anyone! UPS and FedEx! A combination that should never exist! UPS was a step up from FedEx. A lot of time passed and no REAL communication from the company, just scripted responses. I ended up investigating where my purchase was. FedEx Drivers don’t communicate at all. UPS does. I found my long overdue frame, at 9pm in a UPS distribution center, and drove there myself and picked it up. At least they loaded it for me! A week later I hunted down the mattress, sitting in a city far away, at a Kinko’s! Very professional Kinko’s employees helped me load that up, then I had to drive all the way back to my city. Finally after 3 more days, my “assembly project” was complete. The six legs for the sturdy frame were well made. I checked the 2 three-speed massage motors and they worked superbly. The mattress is so incredibly firm yet comfortable, considering it was in-a-box! So well made, it beats out every one of my top brand purchases in the past, at half their costs, even in the ‘ol box-springs days. Here’s the biggest part of this entire transaction: This company refunded me half the cost of my purchase, after I informed them of my situations, 3-4 times, -but before I was going to ask for a full refund, since I was going to have to shop again for a new one. Ugh! I hope a company that makes an outstanding product like this bed, realizes that service after the sale is equally important and valuable to customers! Please don’t use FedEx?!! I am not too big into writing reviews, but this purchase deserved it. One of the best purchases that I have made in a long time. I was a bit worried about buying a mattress on line, it exceeded all expectations. I should have taken pic to show how easy it was to set up. The frame its self was a big heavy, but worth it after I dragged it into the bedroom.. Service was wonderful keeping me informed of the delivery was a huge part of my worry and it was no worry at all. This is a solid company from my point of view. And I do not get paid for my reviews! (lol)
