The Caullet Glucose Syrup 2.2 lbs. was a good buy for me. It is hard for me to find glucose for baking in a reasonable quantity for my needs. The product was very good and consistent. I have no issues with the product at all. I am very glad I am able to acquire it on Amazon.It has good flavor. It can be used in all sorts of baking and for desserts like for ice cream as well as for jams and also for cooking where a syrup sweetener would perform better than granular sugar. It stores very well in the plastic tub. The lid is not that great once you open it. You may want to put the covered tub in a large zip-lock plastic bag or it a larger seal-able container to keep the air out.I recommend this glucose syrup. It works well, and the brand is a good brand for baking.

I’m using this glucose syrup for my cakes and it’s wonderful. This time it arrived well packed and not a single drop leaking. Easy to use and has a good texture.

I have bought this brand locally before and the quality is top tier. However, Amazon did not package it correctly and the container split in transit and I received a leaker. Amazon did give me a refund.Product? 5 Stars. Price? 3 stars. Whether or not you receive a broken container? Anyone's guess. I hate to ding a product rating when the real problem is the shipping department but people need to know there's a risk when buying this.

I love this stuff and have bought it many times. This time however the container has a malfunction in the seam at the bottom and after a few days it leaved glucose all over my cabinet. You cannot return this item so I'm stuck with it. My suggestion, put something under it because if it does leak, it will be a very very slow leak.
