Complaint
This is the most disappointing purchase. I have only had it one day. On using the cup tonight the bottom of the glass was simply cracked with a hole in the bottom. This was the first time being used. And was only rinsed before hand. Nothing could have caused it to crack that I have done. Please be very wary of this cup. It is not safe or fit for purpose.

Aged and damaged
I have bought this item a couple of weeks previously with no problems but this one came shop soiled, the rubber seal was damaged and stuck to the glass and there was excessive dirt under the rubber protection.
