Covered well gave my patio chairs a new life

The finish states satin, but it came up satin/Matt -see photo. It might be that I sprayed in cold weather but actually I really liked the finish.It stands quite durable too. One part I had to hit with a mallet to fit and expected it to break the paint but it didn't.

Colour same as shown, seemed to go a long way, used on metal bird, plastic large tub and metal rusty garden spinner.. so far so good. Sprayed each item twice.

Good product

Good and easy to use. Leaves a nice rust red colour.

I like the colour, however, I found it very easily stained. Basically, after the paint was fully dry (24+ hrs), I got stains purely due to holding the part in my hand. It looked like the paint had absorbed moisture/sweat from my hands and permanently stained / discoloured.I think it wouldn't be a problem if the part was not to be handled after painting, indeed I painted again over the stains and it seems to be holding well. Might be an intrinsic problem of stain paints.I use other Jenolite paints all the time and recommend this one as well if the above-mentioned issue is not a problem for you.

I used this to spray 2 steel garden ornaments, a heron and a duck. They were very rusty so I used a wire brush to get worst off and then 2 generous coats of this. The spray head allowed me to get as much as possible inside the ornaments. Of course time will tell when the rust will come back through but I don’t mind the rusty look, I just wanted to prolong their life.The matt black finish not as attractive in the garden as the old rusty look, so I have put a top coat on of aged bronze.

Was shipped way early than 1st said. A special red color i needed, they had it.
