The Black ink was installed okay, but I held onto the color one, went to replace it the other day and the printer rejected new ink. I recognizes it as not official HP, that it's a refill. Normally it can be bypassed but not this time. Now I cannot use this full color ink :(

Printer stating “ink not compatable”. It was supposed to fit the hp Office jet 3830 all in one. I now can’t return it, the return window is past!

Not much to say. It's an ink cartridge. It works.

70 color pages and I'm already out of color.
