I purchased this as a gift for my husband & saved it for a month or so. It's too late to return the trimmer by a week or so. I didn't think there would be any issues with this item, why wouldn't it work?? However, the trimmer will not charge. I've tried different electrical outlets and chargers but nothing works. I'm sure it would be great if it only would only charge. As of yet I have not contacted the seller, but I will.

This is a great product. I am very pleased with it. I even used the small nozzle to trim around my eyebrows because I hate plucking and refuse to pay a salon. Just be careful the little pieces on the inside of the heads.

The articles come with defect in the head. a sprint and a piece difficult to place again. The device does not work without this piece. Both presented the same problem. I think I lost my money.

Was excited to use but Spring and mechanical parts fell apart from unit on first use when changing head.Threw away out of not wasting more time with this gimmick.Would not recommend

It made me break out in red bumpy rashes all over my body and this was the 2nd one I ordered after receiving one that was broke-just be careful if you order this item

I purchased this to give to someone else. Someone in my home opened it thinking it was for our use. I'm so glad they did. I love this trimmer. It is so easy to use. It has the other attachments to do other things, and they actually work! I will probably purchase several more of these to actually give to people I like. I'm glad I kept this one and didn't give it to the person I was going to send it to. They might have actually liked me if I did.

This *product* is a joke. The only reason it one star is it because it arrived on time. The trimmer was broken the, the charging cord was chewed up (animal?) the different tips had broken edges. What a waste!

Good product thus far. Multiple features, all seem to work well and I have been advised of no complaints from my hubby for whom it was purchased.
