Elegant and effective
I like to shave peach fuzz on my face - don’t judge me. My husband’s 5-blade razor would get clogged with the fine hairs and felt impossible to rinse clean. I wanted to try one of these for ages, and the price was right so I went for it.The handle is significantly shorter than I expected, but it does have a nice weight and sits in the hand nicely. It’s very easy to use.I typically epilate my underarms, but I did shave them once with this and was really pleased. I only needed two passes per underarm and all the hair was gone, and more importantly I had NO irritation. This is miraculous for someone so prone to razor burn and skin irritation.I ordered a hundred dorcas blades but haven’t even switched to them from the freebie that’s included. I’ve used it several times and it remains sharp - I’m impressed. From a waste perspective I absolutely love that I’m not using ANY plastic whatsoever. And it feels very elegant to use this beautiful razor. I plan to dispose of the blades by storing them in an old Altoids tin, and hopefully I’ve got a good idea of what to do with all that once it’s full, which probably won’t happen for an extremely long time.I look forward to continuing to use this razor, and I have a feeling my husband will end up shaving his beard with it, too!

Wish I could give it 50 stars for value and quality of shave.
I feel sorry for any sucker who's been fooled into disposable blade. I've done everything from Harry's to straight blade to every disposable under the sun.Nothing beats a plain old grandpa style razor blade. Nothing. Hands down. They're super easy to use: shave in the shower. You won't cut yourself unless you're doing something stupid. Best shave you'll ever get, takes 2 seconds, and it's super easy to clean out the razor afterwards. Seriously one blade will last you easily a month. I don't shave every day so they last me at least 2-3 months each, meaning I spend literally about $0.40 a year shaving. Ditch the creams and foams and alcohols and disposable and bla bla bla - it's all a crock of garbage marketing that you've been suckered into believing.

Solid buy. Won’t cut your neck with this razor
Things I’ve noticed about this particular razor compared to other one blade razorsis this razor has a nice little weight to it and no mechanical parts to break which I loveSomething I am a little disappointed in at the moment is compared to other one blade razors is this razor did not give me as an extreme of a close shave as othersI enjoy an extremely close shave.I did not sweat any blood or bleed any from my neck normally with other one blade razors because the shave is so close and it’s such a sharp for shave i usually sweat a little bit of bloodThis one did not have thatfor some that would be a positivefor me I was a little disappointedmy cheeks are extremely smoothbut my neck I can feel the little roots of hair still growingThis was all used with the blade that came with the razor I will be trying out other blades which normally are all the same with this one to see if results are different at all

Awesome razor, garbage blade
Awesome safety razor. Just as good as the one I previously had from Merkur. That bad boy lasted five years! As much as I dislike the way it looks, the functionality and comfort in my hand are undeniable. The only negative thing I can comment on is the safety razor blade it came with. What a piece of sh!t. I've bought from all kinds of manufacturers, this one is BY FAR the worst I've used. It's such crap, I thought the whole razor was trash. Yeah I swapped it out for one of my own, no more issues. That sucker was pulling on my hairs like a sob. Anyway, highly freakin recommend for the price.

quality made
Bang for the buck! Good attention to detail, great shave for men, easy to clean. At first I felt like the handle was too short, but it isn't you get used to it and the razor is very maneuverable. Also good handle grip. Only constructive comment is that the blade mount could be more precise, e.g. a 3 post holder or bar holder. You have to make sure you have the blade properly aligned before you tighten the top. Do this and you will get a great shave. I use DORCO ST301 stainless blades, great shave. I would recommend a longer handled razor with an etched handle for women in a shower shaving their legs.

Nice razor
I bought this for my son that is just starting to shave. I thought this safety razor would be a great way for him to learn without the risk of cutting himself. It works ok for the small area that he's shaving right now. The unit looks nice and he likes the longer handle. The problem that I have is with the razor blades and the grip on the handle. I've had a heck of a time trying to figure out how to insert and remove the razor blades. There are no instructions in the package, so it's trial and error. The problem I have with the handle is that it gets quite slippery when using in the shower. Besides those 2 things, it's a nice safety razor, especially at this price.

Great quality razor at a fantastic low price
I didn't write many reviews but I really like this razor. It's a three-piece racer that really locks the blade in tight. The handle is short and thick and makes it quite easy to hold. It's heavy and solidly built. I own several other razors but since purchasing this it has become my favorite. I never thought that a $12 razor would be my favorite razor but it is. This is a good quality razor for a fantastic low price. I gave it five stars and every category that's how much I liked it.

Nice razor
I bought this for my husband. After using this for several days I noticed his razor burn from his electric razor decreased a lot. It arrived quickly and is easy to use. This is a great shaver for a man it cames with a hard and one blade, it appears to be very well built. Would be great for a gift for Father's Day or Christmas.
