Got this to replace my broken display on my iPhone 11 6.1 . Install was fairly straightforward... Some people say they would highly recommend a heat gun for this as the gasket material is tough to release the old screen and it is also quite a pain. However, since my phone had been opened before, it wasn't an issue. Same with the ambient light sensor sticker from the back of the old display. Screen works great, 5 points of touch and registers as a Retina display, all corners and edges detect properly. No dead pixels throughout a color spectrum test. I'm concerned that the blacks aren't exactly black, they're more dark gray which is quite obvious. Can't tell because I don't know if this display isn't 120hz. Tiny bit of difference between 60 and 120 when scrolling. My bigger issues are 1) The screen doesn't sit exactly flush with the top of the phones frame, there's roughly 0.5mm of it raised above the bezel. 2) The adhesive replacement was difficult to fit right on the lip of the bezel and seemed less 'sticky' than the OEM. I'm looking to open it up and buy another adhesive strip Kit came with everything needed to do the install besides a heat gun. Tweezers were a little flimsy, so expect that when replacing the ambient light sensor cover. The instructions are littered with red notations, some of which are important at particular points... the notes made it seem confusing because of their order and placement. I just watched the ifixit.com video. Overall, I'm quite happy with the result and to have a working display for much less than Apple doing it or at least some savings for a phone-breaking tween kid of mine to take it to a repair store.

Let me say this first: I can’t comment on the waterproofing. Once a phone is opened after leaving the manufacturer, no matter who does it, it should not be considered waterproof. That said, the screen quality is phenomenal. There is truly no second best. I highly recommend this seller. I replaced the screen myself and followed the included instructions carefully, along with a YouTube guide. The installation went smoothly, with no damage to any hardware. The display runs perfectly, smooth and responsive, just like before, as if nothing ever happened. Overall, this was an excellent solution. Especially considering the price, it was about one sixth of what the original manufacturer charges. Thank you for a great product.

Bought this to replace broken screen and it works as intended. Price was great and it does pop up an error because it not being a genuine screen.

I found this to be an excellent alternative screen. Even though it is a slightly slower, refresh rate and resolution. It’s a comparable and affordable solution. I also appreciate the included accessories, including the water seal is very much appreciated.

First things first - it works! I bought this because my old screen started flickering and the touch screen was not responding to any contact on the upper half. This was a major pain because I couldn't even turn the phone off as the shutdown slider appears at the top of the screen. So, I decided to give this replacement a try while I wait for a new phone to arrive. The tools provided worked great, and the installation instructions were very clear. There was only one step (step 12) mislabeling the colors of the screwdrivers required. Not a big deal, I figured it out pretty quickly. But if you take your time and have a heat gun / hair dryer handy to loosen the glue, everything should swap out cleanly. The screen itself is decent quality. It is definitely not as bright/vibrant as the original, and I have noticed a very slight warping/flickering when scrolling in some apps. However, the touch screen is responsive and doesn't seem to have any dead spots from what I can tell. Also, you will get a warning message in your settings that this is not an OEM part but that can be ignored. Overall, I'm happy that I can at least use my phone. I don't know about durability or longevity, but I'm hoping it'll at least last a few weeks until the new phone arrives.
