Works great, easy to install

Long lasting easy loading a great product. I have one I’ve had for 15 years. I bought this one for a neighbor who saw mine and said he wished he had one.

Easiest unit to use - much better than the bump head type.

Many reviews say that this works with Kobalt and it would but...all that the manufacturer needed to do was include one more nut. A '10-1.25 14mm' nut would have solved the issue. If it has a nut to fit your trimmer, it looks as though it would be fairly easy to use though. Update: I finally found a '10-1.25 14mm' nut and installed this on my Kobalt 80v trimmer. I pre-cut my trim line to perfectly fit this head and keep them in my pocket as I'm cutting the grass with it. Super easy and quick to replace the lines. Since it has 4 cutting edges, it cuts thicker/ taller grass with ease and the need to change the line is significantly reduced...by a lot. I finish my lawn so much quicker when there is no need to constantly replace the line. Changing my 1 star review but still minus 1 star due to not adding 1 nut to the box.

I really like this aftermarket weed eater string head. It allows for four lines of 0.95" string (instead of two) which enhances the speed at which one can clear a weed field. You do need strong thumbs to load the string into the head. A little WD 40 helps make loading much smoother. This is the second one of these weed eater heads of I've purchased.

This is a great idea by someone. I’v worn out several of these over the years. Of all the different types out there I like this one the best. You do have to have strong thumbs to push that button down to get the strings to feed through. Other than that, I’m happy with it.

Easy to install!

I bought several of these for my STHL FS56. For practical ease of use 5 stars! So why did I rate it as a three star? It would be a five star across the board of it were made of metal rather than plastic. I found that this plastic housing wears especially when trimming along sidewalks and paved laneways. I would and have ordered 5 in case they stop manufacturing them. They are pretty pricey which is also a negative. I removed the guard where the plastic twine spins around and yes there is more items being kicked up but I always wear a mesh face guard and long pants doing this makes it pain free from flying debris.
