Cup sizes are perfect for to hold enough dressing for a lunch salad. Also works very well to hold different kind of spreads and sauces.The lids have been pretty leak proof so far, I try not to shake ittoo much when its more of a liquid inside but travelling to work with it in a lunch bag has been good so far witht the lid holding tight.

I bought these for sauces in plates and they are amazing. Easy to clean and can contain more than enough sauce for a meal. They also come with cup caps so they could alos be used as snacks holder for lunches.
