I bought this for a family member so has scalp issues (large flaking/dry), thick hair, dry hair, low porosity hair. Recently, hair has changed from straight (when kept short) to extremely curly (when grown out about 3” length (male). Thing is.. it never dawned on me that they had low porosity hair. You could put his hair in a tub of water and it will take more than 10 mins to soak any of it up.. even while squeezing hair like a sponge to try to get it to soak in the water to wash his hair. I made a homemade aloe vera treatment and it pulled in so much moisture and made his hair soft.. the curls stayed together in their little families (Ha!) rather than straight frizz. Homemade treatments are nice, but he needed something to use daily on his hair that was easy.. cuz he’s a guy. Spraying this on wet hair (not dripping, but also getting it into the scalp) has worked the best. The curls come together and he air dries his hair. Super easy. His hair doesn’t look a mess anymore. Highly recommend this product. It’s thin like water. Unscented for the most part.. scent is super light and doesn’t hang around. I would know because he complains about scents. Took a chance on the larger bottle.. glad I did. We will be ordering this product from now on.Just a warning - if you’re out in the sun, don’t spray on scalp or skin because of the citrus acid in it. I don’t have low porosity hair - I tried the hair product for myself and it worked for lightening my hair in the sun, but.. I don’t have a moisture problem w my hair, so I felt like it was drying for me. I’d still use it on long hair for sun lighting though (beach hair). I did notice that this product brought back my waves that I don’t normally have anymore because of straightening.I think this product is an absolutely MUST HAVE for low porosity hair though. We have nut allergies in the house, so it was great finding a product w no jojoba, shea, argan, etc. That was the deciding factor when purchasing. Ingredients are simple. Love it!

Love that it’s spray on. Helped me after a sunburn on my back from gardening. I have also read that it helps with a lot of other stuff so I want to use it for more when I look into it

I have extremely sensitive skin. Now, I understand some reviewers unfortunately had a bad reaction. I honestly believe it is from the **necessary** preservative and vitamin C pH adjuster. The preservative is potassium sorbate. This is also used in certain food items- Food grade .I beleive that some of the individuals have an allergy to potassium sorbate. However, I am convinced this a very clean, unadulterated aloe vera spray. I have extremely sensitive skin.There are zero additives aside from what is listed. My face was very raw and sensitive the other day, and plain tap water even hurt ! I sprayed this on my face, and there was zero stinging, way better than plain water. The only other liquid iv been able to use is rosewater, so now I have two options for when my face gets bad. The rash on my face healed well.I also would like to mention the smell. I know it is unique to aloe vera sprays, because I have a bottle of sodium PCA with aloe spray by lifeflo. I had noticed previously that the lifeflo spray smelled a little 'different' ... anyway, this aloe vera spray smells almost identical ! This provides me extra peace of mind, because it is obvious now that it was the aloe I was smelling from the aloe pca spray - which is made by a brand sold in many health stores. The smell is not bad, just different. It smells kind of like cucumber with a very, very subtle sweet smell with a slightly "tart" after smell . This does not mean cloying. It's a very natural smell. It goes right away after applying. So, incase anyone was not fond of the smell, I can assure you it is unique to an aloe vera spray.It is not sticky in any way, shape, or form. There is no residue.*Please know how vital it is for any non anhydrous product to have apreservative. I would MUCH rather a preservative than have a bacteria and fungi infested product. That is a fact. I hope this reaches anyone who may not be aware of the importance of a preservative. Also, vitamin E is not one. It slows oxidation of oils only, and is NOT anti microbial. I mention this also because I saw a few questions asked regarding this subject. I just want to share this general information to everyone!! **Back to this aloe vera spray- it's soothing and the closest one will get to fresh aloe without needing to refrigerate! I recommend this for many uses, especially summertime sun, bug bites, minor scrapes, as a cooling spritzer whenever.It can be sprayed on hair but it doesn’t do anything special for my hair I would not buy simply for hair (scalp soothing yes ) but not hair softening/taming/defrizzing.Note: This is made of the leaf juice (not the gel)Be sure to keep in mind this is not a cure all product; It’s meant to be soothing for skin and scalp. Perhaps consider a patch test first. One can develop an allergy anytime to almost anything, even if used it countless times.

I love aloe and this is a great product. A little pricey for the size though.

7 Minerals aloe vera spray works very great on my hair. When i first saw this on Amazon, i was a little hesitant after trying so many other products. What made me try this was it was Family Owned and organic, so i decided to give it a try. and i can’t tell you how very pleased with this product, within a couple of weeks i saw a difference in my hair texture, very soft, manageable and believe it or not my hair is growing every week. I’m so pleased with this product that i had to order 2 more bottles. If you want soft manageable hair where you can see fast results, i gladly recommend giving 7 Minerals a try, i really believe you won’t be disappointed. I was so excited that i told this to a friend and one of my sisters to try out so now i’m getting ready to order more to replace the ones i gave away. I NEVER WANT TO BE WITHOUT THIS PRODUCT. THANKS SO MUCH 7 Minerals for making such a great product.

I have not yet used on a sunburn, but to be able to spray it on my face & rub it in, with zero stickiness, is something I have never found elsewhere! I let my sister try it & she was commenting on the same thing, as well as her skin feeling so soft afterwards. Very gentle yet effective. 2 thumbs up!
