UPDATE 10/1/24: I emailed the seller that one of the dispensers stopped working after just a few uses. He had me send him a video of the issue and he immediately sent in a replacement with fast shipping. Hoping it doesn’t die again in a few months but I’m super happy with the customer service! 5 STARS! Bought 2 in different colors 6 months ago. The gold still works beautifully in our master bathroom but the black which is not even being used much in our guest bathroom does not charge anymore! Shame for less than 6 months of use!

This worked wonderfully at first. I was happy to have an automatic soap dispenser that didn't require batteries, since the battery compartments always seem to corrode. I received this in early September, and after making sure it was fully charged, it didn't need recharging until about a week ago. Great start! However, after charging, it will not dispense soap. The mechanism whirs away, but nothing comes out. I've tried changing the settings, and even tried diluting the soap with water to make it thinner (I am using the same soap I've been using since September), but to no avail.

I ordered several of these soap dispensers. One failed just over a year after purchase. YIKHOM stood by their product and replaced the faulty unit. I was pleasantly surprised by a few enhancements made on the new unit. First, the soap buttons offer more choices of soap flow. Second, the unit has some sort of vent that appears to equalize the pressure in the soap compartment. I immediately noticed smoother soap output. The motor is quieter. As far as the design. Same sleek modern look as the original dispenser. Customer service representative Pinky is a true asset. Pinky communicated back and forth to find a remedy for the inoperative dispenser that was not responding to the sensor. I followed the technical help they provided with no avail. I explained that it was just a month past the warranty and Pinky graciously offered to replace the unit. I received the new unit and love the enhancements. Great product and terrific company that cares about their customers - even after the sale.

This item worked perfectly for 6 months and then just stopped working. I fully charged it and the liquid in the container is full. When I put my hands in front, there is a noise that the battery is working, but no liquid comes out. I have made sure that there is no blockage in the opening, but still nothing comes out. I was disappointed that it didn’t last longer. I contacted the seller and they said there is a one year warranty and they sent me a new one. Let’s hope the first one was a lemon and that this one lasts longer than 6 months. I am giving this 5 stars for good customer service.

This automatic soap dispenser is great. Stylish, easy to use and refill, no batteries, just plug and charge, and has the feature of different soap dispense amounts (i wouldn't use anything but the smallest setting, and even that is a hearty amount). It's very convenient and useful that i don't have to pick up a slippery or dirty soap bottle over and over to wash my hands. It's also perfect for being sanitary, where if your hands are dirty (touching raw meat for example), you don't have to touch a soap bottle or soap pump and risk contaminating that bottle or surface. It's keeps things sterile. My only complaint (besides wishing there was an even smaller soap dispenser amount setting, but that's not big deal) is that i wish it lasted longer. I might have been unlucky and received a bad model but the hand sensor stopped working after 10 months. The motor and everything else worked, but the hand detection or IR sensor broke. Good news though, it has a 1 year warranty. So i went to their official website, contacted them, and they quickly sent me a free replacement.

I purchased 4 different colors of this nice looking automatic soap dispenser in March 2024. They are quiet and have large soap capacity and charge lasts for couple of months. Few days ago, after about 8 months of daily use, one of the soap dispensers wouldn't charge and I contacted Yikhom Customer service via email for that matter. I was very impressed, when after just few hours I received an email response. After providing a short video clip of the issue with brief explanation, I was directed to order a new one from Amazon, provide the order number and was quickly refunded for the price of the order within hours, which I was quite impressed with the great customer service that I received. I highly recommend the item for its quality, price and great customer service.

This is actually our second purchase, the first one was back in 2023, the dispenser worked great for 2 years used everyday all day, so we purchased another in 2025. The second purchase not so great, the dispenser would not adjust flow amount, just stayed on “fast” flow. Contacted customer service which they were very helpful and pleasant, they reissued us a new one ASAP but unfortunately the new replacement one does the exact same thing, just stays on one flow, now it’s in the basement for occasional use instead of my kitchen, better quality one in our kitchen.

This is our fourth purchase, because we keep wanting more of these around the house! We use them for both soap and moisturizer--which is very much needed for these cold wintery months. We use the black for suds and the white for hand cream in both baths and kitchen so as not to get them confused. They really are a convenience, affordable and work great! Motion detection-yes, battery life-yes, ease of cleaning-yes! Highly recommend!

Arrived well packaged, easy to put soap in and it holds more than a cupful, just powered it up with USB cord that comes with it, put the soap in, and Voila! I adjusted power for hand soap (touch of a button) , stays clean no soap drips, extremely pleased. I've had it a month and so far no problem at all. The seller was kind enough to send an email, so I can contact them if there's ever any issue. Great Value, Sturdy, Attractive on my sink as I have black in my counter top, weight of soap helps keep it place, never moves. I would highly recommend buying this as a gift or for yourself.

Do not buy, waste of time, it will not work even one time.

It's easy to use and the wonderful thing is that you can turn if off when not in use. Also one can select the amount of soap to be dispensed. Ideal for kitchen!! and elsewhere!
