Bought this to replace old pump action dispenser and hoped to keep my husband from using so much soap and wanted a hands-free option. I find it easy to use and clean, easy to charge, and easy to refill. It holds a lot of soap and charge lasts a long time. I find that the lower amount of soap dispensed works fine 99% of the time for my needs so I keep it on that setting. You can set it back and forth easily with a touch between a high and low amount of dispensed soap, but I tend to just let it dispense a second spurt if I need more because that is just easier and faster, and I don't like to accidentally leave it on the higher function, because my hubby will use soap like crazy otherwise. Easy to turn off by just holding the middle on/off button down a couple seconds and same to turn back on. Just wipe it clean. There is a slight delay from when it senses motion to when the soap comes out at times, which can leave soap dripping out onto the counter if I move too fast so I just keep it located at the edge of the sink and any extra soap will just fall into he sink and not leave a mess on the counter. This solved the problem easily and I'm happy with that solution. It won't detect clear class but I just run my finger under the sensor and can easily get a spurt of soap into any clear glass item. We use it for hand washing and all our dishwashing needs. I like the hands free because when I am in the kitchen with messy hands or come in from my garden with dirty hands, I really like that I can keep the soap dispenser clean and free of germs by not having to touch it. The old pump dispenser had to be washed all the time for this reason. Not so this one. I would order this again and I highly recommend it. it works great and is also sleek and attractive. I've even had friends comment how much they like it and ask me where I got it. Happy with this product after several months of using it.

This is one of those products I’m not sure how I lived without it before. I’ve had it for about a year now and would encourage anyone to buy it. It’s the perfect size for the kitchen and stays charged for a long time! Our family washes our hands a lot and being able to just put our hand underneath and it dispenses the soap is so convenient and also much more sanitary. While also being very functional it has a nice look to it as well that looks perfect in our kitchen. They offer different levels of soap dispensing so you get to choose how much soap you want coming out. This was worth every dollar spent!

This automatic soap dispenser is great, very sleek and stylish. I love that when you have dirty hands you do not need to touch the dispenser to get out soap. I also like that you can adjust the amount of soap that comes out, although, I typically use the smallest setting which is plenty of soap. The battery last a long time before it need to be charged.My only complaint is I wish it lasted longer. I am on my 3rd dispenser. The first one I had lasted 1.5 years before it died. I am not sure what happened but I cleaned it out before leaving for one month and when I came back it did not work. I tried cleaning it again but no success. I ordered another one because I liked it so much, however, within 3 months it stopped working properly. I could get soap out but you had to put your hand under the sensor a dozen times before soap came out. I contacted the company since there is a one year warranty and they sent out a new one. I am very happy with this dispenser.

This automatic soap dispenser is great. Stylish, easy to use and refill, no batteries, just plug and charge, and has the feature of different soap dispense amounts (i wouldn't use anything but the smallest setting, and even that is a hearty amount). It's very convenient and useful that i don't have to pick up a slippery or dirty soap bottle over and over to wash my hands. It's also perfect for being sanitary, where if your hands are dirty (touching raw meat for example), you don't have to touch a soap bottle or soap pump and risk contaminating that bottle or surface. It's keeps things sterile.My only complaint (besides wishing there was an even smaller soap dispenser amount setting, but that's not big deal) is that i wish it lasted longer. I might have been unlucky and received a bad model but the hand sensor stopped working after 10 months. The motor and everything else worked, but the hand detection or IR sensor broke. Good news though, it has a 1 year warranty. So i went to their official website, contacted them, and they quickly sent me a free replacement.

I received this at the end of last year. It worked for about a week and just stopped dispensing, I tried everything. Cleaning it, watering down the soap etc ... And it would work for a little while and then stop.Finally I decided to contact the sellers because I read it had a 12 month warranty. Sure enough I had a new dispenser in no time. It works perfectly. Thanks guys for being so supportive and getting the job done so quickly.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I bought the foam soap dispenser exactly 1 year ago and it stopped working. It would spit out some watery foam but it would be a little bit that you would have to move your hand under the spout a few times before you had enough soap. I had bought a regular soap dispenser at the same time as the foam one (for the kitchen sink which is still working). I really got used to a soap dispenser, & I was happy with this brand that I thought that I would try the liquid soap dispenser for the bathroom & see if that would work out better. Maybe the foam gets clogged up over time like a coffee machine that needs descaling? Since I already replaced the foam one, I might as well try to clean the foam one with warm water/vinegar mixture and see if that cleans it. Otherwise, I think it may be the mechanism that’s not working properly. I still like this brand and the aesthetics of it that I will buy it again.
