I used collagen casing for homemade sausage for the first time — and I was very satisfied. The casing is strong, elastic, easy to fill with meat, and doesn’t tear during heat processing. After boiling and frying, it holds its shape, doesn’t crack, and looks just like store-bought sausage. I also liked that it has no strong odor, doesn’t affect the taste of the sausage, and is completely edible (though it can be easily removed after cooking if needed). It’s very convenient for home use, especially when you want to make a nice-looking sausage without using natural casing. Highly recommend!

Es facil de usar y en pocos minutos se hidrata... yo la use para hacer unas longanizas y no me tomo mucho tiempo hacerlas.

Recomiendo hidratarla con agua tibia Y dejarla por lo menos unos 15 minutos a mí me funcionó de maravilla y pude hacer unos deliciosos chorizos

It's ok
It works, however , I closely timed the in water time. The membrane seems fragile and many blow outs as trying to twist r tie links of sausages.Yes it works, but not a product I'd desire to use again

Tuff casing.
These are terrible sausage casings. The casing is extremely tuff and impossible to chew.
