Too much to add. Might as well just use some flour
I dislike the fact that I have to add everything! Could have just bought self rising flour.

Too Expensive
Only 10 biscuits if you’re lucky. And you have to have your own sweet potato!

Not sweet potato mix
I was hoping this was like sweet potato pancake mixes. Not so: this is just a very expensive way to make biscuits because you still have to cook the sweet potato, use the food processor, etc. Wish I’d read the directions first.
