Very well made and a bargain at 2 sets! Perfect for portion control and taking them with you! Nice bright colors so no mix-ups on the go. This product is dishwasher safe (many were not) and the lids come off so there won't be difficulty filling/holding it open . Will definitely buy more.

These little containers are really awesome even if you’re not following the way of eating. I did think that it would come with more information on the diet they were made for, so a little disappointed that’s separate and now have to order more if I do this. Time is of the essence when making an upgrade though, so I haven’t even looked. I did think it was pretty funny that 3 of the little containers, instead of saying amount or use, say “faith”.

My shipped a few months ago. I wanted to use them several times before writing this review.First thing I have to say, is that I under eat.So I got the portion control to force myself to eat a healthy amount, especially since I started working out.With that being said the portion is a lot of food. Especially for me, who barely eats anything. I read other reviews, that say it's to small. I don't think they know, what portion control is.The paper included with my order, dose give instructions, but not very clear instructions. I had to figure it out on my own, which wasn't a problem for me, because I had done portion control before, with out the containers.There is a little bit of math involved with this. A basic calculator, I used the one on my phone, will do the trick.Your weight, multiplely by 12, 13, or 14 depending on how active you are and that is you caloric Baseline. Than you can choose to go below, or above that calorie intake.In my case, I barely eat one meal a day. And so I feel weak and sick, especially anytime I exert myself physically. So I need to eat more. This is where it's too much food for me, even with my caloric baseline, not below. My stomach is just not that used food, even if it's the amount I should be in taking in.I mainly got this to help me eat more, and have a much better balanced diet. It forces me to make sure I don't just eat fruits all day, or just junk food.PROS:The package came nicely with in each other. So the smaller containers weren't lost or damaged.The lids are surprisingly a tight fit. Sometimes a little hard to open.Each container is labeled.CONS:The plastic thought sturdy, feels a little too slick even after washing twice. (I use Dawn soap. So I don't think that the problem.)The labels which where in white ink that said, what the container was for, washed off. Not only did it wash off, but left an off odd dirty feeling to the touch. Of the ink it self.Personally I don't care for the labels, as they have different colors for each group of foods, or the fact that they washed off after one wash. Again I use Dawn soap, so I know it's good and does it's job as a dish washing soap, however this soap. I have never before had a problem with washing plastic containers. Even with greasy two to three days old plastic containers, after two washes it's clean. I am not sure what kind of plastic this is, but it isn't like others that I own. Not sure if machine washable as I haven't one to test that with, I washed them by hand.I am currently using them as measuring cups.

Easy tu use, I like

I had a set of these before from a big name company and they have all disappeared. I don't do the portion diet with these but I do use these for portioning out my food at work during the day. They are a great size for snack and dressings and dips. I have washed in dishwasher and so far so good. They are very sturdy and the lids all fit well.

Just as described, works well for sons meals ..
