Q: does it shut off auto

There is no On/Off or timer button. You plug it in to the electrical socket, the red light will turn on, meaning that is warming. When it is ready the green light will come on. It takes about 5 minutes to heat up. Place the pizza inside, close it and wait about 15-20 minutes. Unplug when not in use.

Q: Does the non-stick coating contain bpa? i believe the box should state this, but i am waiting to order to see if someone can read me the box.

No. BPA is what is used to line the inside of canned foods, single use bottled waters, and other packaging. The initialism that used to refer to nonstick cooking surfaces that you're thinking of is PTFE or polytetrafluoroethylene, also known as teflon, and by the looks of it, yes this would have a teflon coating in order to provide the nonstick property that it is advertising.
