Just what I was hoping for!
I bought this set as a gift for a young relative who loves knives. These are essentially true karambit knives with dullER blades. The size and weight are comparable to the "real" knife I also purchased. THESE ARE NOT TOY OR RUBBER KNUVES!! They can definitely injure the user! The points are not as sharp as non-trainers, but are sharp. The blades, while not razor sharp, could cut things like skin with enough pressure or force. These are practice knives. They should significantly decrease the risk of injury while allowing the user to learn and practice the tricks karambit knives are known for. Common sense and education are recommended and go a long way.I would recommend these trainers for new or even experienced enthusiasts, but would never put them into the hands of a child or someone who is at risk of not respecting them!Overall, I am pleased with the price, the quality, and the fitness for their intended purpose. I recommend them as such.
