Looking for a dark roast, full-bodied coffee without a bitter edge? SB Sumatra is where it's at. I've been drinking this for years, and I've won over several friends and family members who used to think that "dark roast" = bitter. But SB Sumatra is the perfect strength for someone whose taste is transitioning from medium roast to a more-satisfying, richer coffee taste.Also, the price for these 96 pods is great. Usually, Sumatra can't be found anywhere less-expensively than Sam's Club; but this seller has them right now for less per pod than even the lowest Sam's sale price.

Good value for Starbucks if you like this flavor! We have had a few hundred of the Sumatra Dark Roast Coffee K-pods. My wife likes the flavor but it's not my thing, a little to much burnt flavor for me.The coffee taste seems consistent so it's a pretty fair deal at this price point if it's your style.

Favorite coffee. Bold & strong, not bitter.

I actually have never been a huge fan of Starbucks coffee — I know, I know — and usually drink Tim Horton’s or McDonald’s (don’t knock it, their coffee is quite good!) or Dunkin on occasion. But about a year ago I spotted a box of Sumatra K-cups on clearance at my local grocery store (the box was damaged) and I decided to take them for a spin. GOOD LORD.The aroma. The flavor. The everything. I am obsessed with this coffee. I’ve switched exclusively to it ever since (roughly a year now) and I just can’t quit! It’s fantastic. I get it. I do. I’m something of a purist — I’ve literally never drunk an entire cup of flavored coffee because I just, I don’t know, I just like regular coffee, generally dark roast — AND I KNOW I KNOW — I should be using a real coffeemaker, I get it. But it’s only me making coffee at this point and I only drink a cup in the morning, so it seems silly to brew coffee for one mug. But I digress.If you’re on the fence, if you’re Sumatra-curious, good grief. Give it a shot. Everything about it is decadent. And isn’t that how you want your coffee to be?

If you like Starbucks, this is the coffee to get. It’s a perfect balance of taste and boldness. Can’t start my mornings without it. Highly recommended.

I’ve purchased other brands because they were more cost effective, but none of them can compare to the quality, taste, and caffeine content! It’s smooth and delicious and one cup does the trick, instead of 2 or 3 or f the less expensive brands! Love it!
