Bought a 12-pack and then ordered another 6. I had a couple days of fires before painting the whole stack, so oil from the machining process was burned off and the surface was clean and dry. Worked like a charm.I point my fan at it and it increases the effects of both the strips and the fan.

order was short only 1/2 revived , short 6 order was for 12
order was received and was short 6 , 12 being the no ordered . will the last 6 be sent ?

Not exactly impressive
I got them late in the season. I'm sure that they will help a bit but there nothing to write home about. I ran the stove fairly hot soon after getting them and couldn't feel and heat coming off the fins. This said the fins were hot. I will put them lower on the stovepipe where the fan will blow on them and I'm sure that will help.
