These are a great storage box. I have hanging files with folders in one, and a few binders and other paperwork in the other. They are easy to grab and go, and look nice on the shelf unlike a bankers box or other more temporary storage. Price is good too. Try them out!

I needed a NOK (NEXT OF KIN) Box to organize my paperwork for when I die.This is PERFECT. Great size, well made, beautiful.

I initially bought the blue version of this file box and liked it enough to buy a second in another color! My only complaint was that it's made of flimsy cardboard so longevity might be an issue but I really did not want a full-blown filing cabinet in my small home office. It fits a decent amount of hanging folder, has a mesh pouch on the lid which is where I put labels & pens. I decided to get this second one in a different color so that I could store & organize personal and work stuff separately. There are several versions of this type of file box available but I wanted this one for its size and the lid. It also has a label on the outside but I ordered 2 different colors & currently do not need the label. If I expand from these 2 boxes, then it might have a purpose for me. It's about half the size of a regular cardboard file box & the folders hang horizontal in the box. It fits nicely on the shelf underneath my desk.

Nice boxes! Sturdy. Easy to build! Stack well! Pretty colors! I love them! I traded desks with my husband and gave him the huge roll tip with great big file drawers and I took the little itty bitty desk with drawer space so valuable I couldn’t give any up for files. So I bought these boxes and put them under where feet go! My desk is great and his commanded more authority than I have to give it! I would buy more of these!

I love the look and the concept of keeping my work files organized and easy to move from office to home while not being an eye sore of a plastic box. However, every time I remove the lid the hanging system gets caught and comes off causing the files to fall and become entangled. A better hanging system that is not effected by the lid would be a great improvement.

Perfect fit

I read many reviews about the hanger bars being clipped over the top but I purchased anyway because they were pictured differently. They must have changed the design because they get screwed into the sides. This is exactly what I’ve been looking for and would highly recommend!!

This box comes with plastic corners that hold a metal rod to support hanging files. Unfortunately, these plastic corners are designed to be placed on the rim of the box which makes the outside edge much too big for the top to fit on the box. If you force it on, when you remove the top, the file holders fall down. Furthermore, the plastic corners set the files an inch away from the edge of the box, so you can’t even use the whole box for files. The final part of this bad design is that if you put labels on your hanging files (or Manila files inside them) the tops stick out higher than the clearance of the top edge - so again, the top is useless.
