NOW L Tryptophan 500mg 60 Vcaps

I started taking 1 pill a night about an hour before bed about 6 weeks ago. I combine it with a 5mg dose of melatonin. I feel very relaxed and ready for bed ever since starting these two supplements. I haven't taken tryptophan alone but I think if I took it during the day it would be a stress reliever. Will order these again since I can't find this product in any stores.

Good sleep inducer, I am weighing this vs NOW 5 HTP capsules. Both good for sleep. I try to watch the ingredients on all of these supplements. NOW brands seems to be the best. But do we really know?

Not really as good as a sleep aid as hoped.

I take one in the morning and one at night. This helps to ease my anxiety during the day and help keep me even. At night it helps me to relax and sleep. There is a noticeable difference if I forget to take it.

I have tried every natural remedy under the sun to try and sleep, but nothing woked. It has almost completely stopped the night waking. I highly recommend this product.
