I like the machine and it's worthy the price paid for. It does the work intend for.

I ordered this because it has attachments for spritz cookies. That's what we used to make spritz cookies when I was a child. The cookie presses just don't work for me. It takes a little work to get the dough through the grinder. To bad American grinders don't have the attachments.

Cheap Plastic
The machine was good at first (received 12/21/19) but the gray plastic connector that holds the cookie shape sliding bar cracked and broke exactly 40 days after receiving it and my window to return it closed yesterday on 1/31/20. The suction wasn’t working too well either. Not sure what’s going to happen regarding the company replacing the machine or refunding the purchase but I’ll update once I find out.

Can’t read booklet. Little English
Hard to read booklet mostly German and other languages. Little English need to look at pictures to understand. Mostly plastic and not worth the price

Excellent product, sticks well to the surface, also has a clamp to attach to the lip of a table, grinds meat well, I even ground some walnuts in it! Very satisfied, recommend!

All diese 1-Sterne Bewertungen von Hausfrauen mit einem Zimmertemperatur-IQ... Wenn man das Teil falsch zusammen baut, braucht man sich auch nicht wundern, wenn man Plastik im Teig hat. Baut man es allerdings richtig zusammen, ist das plötzlich gar nicht mehr möglich, da zwischen Plastik und Messer ein Metallring ist. Aber Hauptsache man bewertet nicht das Gerät, sondern seine eigene Inkompetenz. 10/10 would read again. ------------------------------- Das Gerät ist bei mir nun im zweiten Jahr im Einsatz und funktioniert immer noch tadellos. Reinigung ist unkompliziert per Hand machbar und die Kekse gelingen immer. Protipp: Haltet euch doch einfach an das Rezept, welches sich im beiliegenden Buch befindet - dann klappt's auch mit den Keksen! ;) Frohes Fest zusammen!
