My Go-To Lifesaver!
I’ve been using the Balego Tens 2nd Edition for several years now, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best investments I’ve ever made for my health and well-being. From the very first use, this unit stood out for its sheer power and effectiveness—it’s not just a Tens unit, it’s the TENS unit.As someone who deals with chronic tension and muscle discomfort, finding a reliable device that provides consistent, targeted relief was non-negotiable. The Balego delivers every single time. The adjustable intensity settings allow me to customize treatment depending on the day, and it’s powerful enough to handle even the worst flare-ups. I especially appreciate the dual-channel setup, which lets me target multiple areas at once—super handy after a long day or an intense gaming session. The accessories included are solid, too. The electrodes have excellent longevity and the carrying case keeps everything organized and protected. Even after years of use, this unit hasn’t lost its edge—it’s still going strong, which speaks volumes about its build quality.I’ve recommended it to friends, family, and anyone who’s ever mentioned aches and pains. Simply put: if you’re looking for a robust, user-friendly Tens unit that actually delivers results, the Balego Tens 2nd Edition is a champion in its class.

A GREAT INVESTMENT FOR PAIN MANAGEMENT - IT WORKS!
I was suffering with a case of "Sciatica" nerve pain starting from my lower back and moving down my right leg. I had suffered a herniated disk years ago and the recent sciatica seemed to stem from that past herniated disk. I went to my Chiropractor who used a "Tens Unit" to help manage the pain, I thought to myself, I can do this myself and save $$$$ at the same time! So I did my research on Amazon and came across the "Tens 7000 2nd Edition" which was a God send! This small portable unit packs a punch and worked beautifully! Easy to use right out of the box, User-friendly, compact, powerful and the price was right! Comes complete with everything you need to start self-therapy, with easy-to-follow instructions on exactly where to place the electrode pads ion your body in relationship to where the pain is. Comes complete with a 9 volt battery which works great (but you may want to purchase a Duracell battery for longer life). The power that this little baby generates is worth the price alone, because you need the power to stimulate the nerves. I'm a big guy, 5'11, 240lbs (Solid), and I haven't turned the unit up past (5). Has a clear safety cap on it that covers the dials to prevent accidental voltage increase, clear LCD display to see your settings and a metal clip on the back to clip to your belt or clothes to use while your mobile. I'm an active guy, constantly on the move; and this unit definitely works for me!

Fantastic-Great Value
I do not usually give FIVE STARS to a product easily. The Balego Tens unit is a very good unit and I have others to compare it to. I have two of the iStim A6 units and one of the Tens 7000 units which looks almost exactly like the Balego unit. Unlike the Tens 7000 the Balego has an additional mode ( comes up with PO1 on the screen ) and when in this mode you have 12 more modes which are accessed by using the arrows ( up or down ). Like the 7000 unit the Balego unit has two analog controls at the top which can vary the intensity of the two outputs. I very much like having analog controls for intensity. I used models that were completely digital and they were hard to work with and lacking in power. Both the 7000 and the Balego are great units with strong outputs but the Balego is a bit stronger in output and has 3X more useful modes. The iStem A6 unit is completely analog. The A6 has a built in Li-ion battery ( rechargeable ) The A6 not quite as powerful as the Tens 7000 but it's not bad and because it's totally analog you can dial in the outputs as exactly as you want. Both the Tens 7000 and Balego Tens require a 9 volt battery. This is an added plus! ( battery not included ) I say that because you can buy rechargeable 9V Li-ion batteries on Amazon and they are not very expensive. I bought two ot the Letoom 9 volt rechargeable models. These come with USB-C cords for charging and one battery lasts for hours. Always a good idea to have an extra when the first needs a recharge. WARNING....THESE ARE NOT TOYS. DO NOT LET CHILDREN PLAY WITH THESE AS ON IT'S MOST POWERFUL MODES / OUTPUT THESE CAN GIVE QUITE AN UNCOMFORTABLE SHOCK!. Having replaceable batteries are better than built in batteries because once they get old they will lose capacity. When that happens ( usually good for 500 recharges ) you just buy new ones. BUY THE RECHARGEABLES! Standard 9 volt batteries can only be used until they finally die and will cost much more money in the long run. Summing up, Buy a Belego Tens unit and some extra pads ( I use the 1" round type but some might like the larger square pads better.} and order some rechargeable Li-ion 9 volt batteries The units come with the the square pads. Parting comments, An advantage of he rechargeable Li-ion 9 volts batteries is that they contain a circuit inside the battery that will regulate the voltage at 9 volts unit until the energy runs out. This means you get maximum output until the power runs out. Pop a new battery in and in seconds you are ready to go. Recharging usually only takes about an hour unless you ran it till fully discharged. Hope you find my review useful. ( all the units I own I bought with my own money )
