This product took far too long to arrive but - they most certainly do help a dogs mobility. In all honesty, I would suggest you look for an alternative provider if you need the goods more quickly.

This chewable supplement is remarkable! My dog is 13 and was acting like his back hip was slipping out of joint. He started having trouble walking and getting up and supporting his weight. I started giving him an analgesic pill every other day to reduce inflamation and it helped his pain level but I only had two left after two weeks and I could see the problem wasn't going away. I was about to take him to the vet when a chance aquaintance told me about Nutramax Dasuquin. She said it really helps her old dog's joints. So I ordered it. At first my dog didn't want to try it (he thought I was trying to fool him with another pill). But once he tasted it, he liked it. I give him one chewy at morning and one at night. Within three days I noticed a difference in him. It has been two weeks now and he is in no pain and wants to run like a puppy. There has been so much improvement, I think he will be with us for awhile longer. I am so happy to not have to drug him with expensive medications to keep him happy and comfortable.

I am so happy with this product! It really does work miracles! My 4 year old dog tore his CCL, the vet quoted CCL repair surgery $7,000. I automatically knew that I wouldn’t be able to afford the surgery in this economy! I did research on good medication that I can give my dog and Dasuquin was recommended. I am so glad that I found this product because my dog is as if he was brand new! He no longer seems to be in pain, limp went away and he has so many zoomies again throughout the day! He is back to his normal playful self! The only reason why I am giving it 4/5 stars is because my dog does not like the taste. I have to shove it in his mouth or else he won’t eat it. But it works miracles, therefore I make sure he eats it everyday!

My Husky/German Shepherd mix is 7 and had what I thought were hot spots on his back paws. He was licking them nonstop, and his brother would lick them too like he was “helping,” which obviously made it worse. I tried creams, sprays, bandaging, booties… none of it lasted. The booties would either fall off or his brother would steal them and run off with them. I mentioned it to my vet kind of offhand and after checking him out he said it wasn’t really a skin issue — it was tendon irritation, which he said is pretty common for this breed and age. The hot spot was just from him licking because it bothered him. He suggested a good joint supplement. I did some research and went with Dasuquin. I followed the directions and started with 2 chews a day, then dropped to 1. I wasn’t expecting much, but the change was actually pretty fast. He stopped obsessively licking his paw and the hot spot healed on its own once he left it alone. I like that this didn’t just cover up the problem. It fixed what was actually causing it. If your dog is constantly licking paws and nothing topical is working, this might be worth trying.

We have a senior Basset Hound, and we do believe Dasuquin helps him with his joints. He still gets around quite well for his age and has been taking it for over a year with no issues. Warning: Keep it out of reach from the cats—otherwise, it’s a real cat-astrophe waiting to happen. The cats and the dog may eat the entire bag, and then you will have to clean up some not-so-fun gifts all around your home that smell awful. (just a fair warning lol)
