Works? Kind of? Static/Buzzing. (Replacement Works Perfect)
*Edit*Replacement came today and works perfectly! There was a slight static sound for maybe half a second, is that much, when I first turned it on, but it hasn't been back since. Turns out the first one was defective after all, and while it still did what it was supposed to do, I could absolutely not deal with the static/buzzing sound.*Added Bonus*Using this battery pack has kept the front of my Quest 3 from heating up as much as it used to. Don't know why, but I'm happy with it.-----------------------------*Original*Firstly I want to say I love this thing. Played an hour of Shardfall, Quest 3 battery went from 100% to 94%. My Quest 3 in particular would go from 100, down to around 10 in the same amount of time just from browsing the settings menus. so it's definitely doing it's job. The only reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because the second I turned it and my Quest on, the battery began emitting a loud static/buzzing sound directly into my left ear. I don't know why - I thought maybe it'd go away after a bit, but after an hour, it still hadn't subsided. It is incredibly irritating. I don't see many mention it in other reviews so I'm hoping it's just defective. I'm going to order a replacement and update this review then.

I must have for any Meta quest 3 owners.
Lightweight small out-of-the-way extends the battery life a lot.

My replacement battery pack for Meta quest 2 and 3 in future
I had an attached battry pack before, but it got bad connection due to the flawed design after 2 years of use. I think and hope this one will last longer than my previous one. What I like about this design is that the battary pack was clipped onto headset strap's arm instead of directly being attached to USB II connector which holds the weight of the battary pack like my previous one. With the often sudden movements of the headset while playing VR fitness games like Eleven TT, the battary pack seems firmly secured and free of any movement that can potentially damage the USB II connector. This will provide a longivity for battery pack as I hope.

Its pretty good but didn’t work like I expected
I use it for the quest 3. It fits perfectly and you don’t even feel it while playing. Now, It doesn’t charge your headset while using it, so it’s best to put it on while your headset is at 100%. You’ll go from 100% to 80% in about 2 1/2 hours. After that the battery pack dies and your headset will go from 80 to 0 in less than an hour.

Lightweight and reliable
This thing has been very useful and I hardly notice it when it's on. It gives me tons of extra play time, and I figure it will save wear and tear on the main battery, lengthening the useful life of the headset. There's one small downside, and it's not really a big deal unless you don't have a separate room to keep this thing in at night - the indicator light on the side is visible from deep space. Whenever I get up in the night and walk past it, the glow is so bright I can see through time. Not a big deal, just something to keep in mind if you don't have a place to put it that ISN'T the place you sleep in.

Charges the quest 2 and weighs nothing
My biggest concerns were it would make the quest 2 feel heavier and that it wouldn’t charge or only charge for a few minutes. My quest 2 is a few years old now and doesn’t hold a charge like it used to, drops about 1-2% a minute, so I needed a battery pack. I didn’t exhaust the battery so I don’t know how long it would last but it kept the quest 2 running and actually charged a few percentage so I’m happy with the purchase. Now that I have this battery maybe I can hold out until the quest 4 :)

DON’T DO IT!!!!! WILL QUIT WORKING IN LESS THAN 2 MONTHS AND THEY WON’T GIVE YOU A REFUND!
We just bought this about 1.5 months ago and it has already quit charging. Whatever you do - don’t waste your money on this product. Amazon won’t let me return it or help me contact seller to see if anything can be done about it. So, I basically wasted money and that doesn’t make me happy at all.Pretty upsetting when you get sold a lemon or worthless piece of equipment with no way to rectify the situation.
