This is a made to fit cover for a firman 3300 watt inverter generator. It was perfect for 2400 miles, then high winds while driving across Wyoming, ripped it off and sent it hurdling across the interstate. I reordered it and plan to use a bungee in addition to the draw string so if it does come off the generator it will be captured by the bungee.

The cover fit perfectly on the 3200 watt generator. Not a very heavy mil plastic but sufficient.

I have a 2" gasoline powered potable water pump that I use to refill my 2,650 gallon cistern from my water trailer. The cistern supplies my off-grid cabin with water. I've been covering the pump with contractor garbage bags to keep the rain out but they tear easily. I finally decided I needed a decent cover for the water pump.I came across this FIRMAN 1007 Black 1 Portable Generator Cover. It fits my water pump perfectly! It appears well made of relatively thick material with good sewing. The elastic draw cord keeps it secured to the pump in high winds during thunder storms. Overall, I'm pleased with my purchase.

Cover starting cracking after about 6 months. I live in the hot desert and keep in the shade most of the time. Maybe it gets dried out too soon. The cost justifies buying one per year.
