Very impressed by a long time Zojirushi owner.
Actually not bad at al for the pricel. I've been swearing by a Zojirushi for the past 10+ years but it's time to replace my trusty rice cooker. So I wanna try something more modern without spending $300-$500 on a newer Zojirushi (plus I never use the rice cooker for anything but cooking rice). This little rice cooker can make a perfect rice with good keep-warm function for my family of three (we always have rice made). I don't know-- maybe the fluffiness and taste of the rice is a little different than my previous Zojirushi but may just be my imagination. Even if it is, it's not $200 better!

Rice has never been better.
You love rice? You’ll love this machine. It does it all! Now I know if you use an old style push the button down rice cooker it works, but this is like having an espresso machine vs a drip coffee maker it’s night and day. You’ll love the cooking options, the warm setting, and the ease of use and cleaning. This thing is amazing. Never had a better rice cooker, spend the money it’s worth it.

Small and functional rice cooker for small spaces!
I bought this item in "Used - Mint" condition, and it arrived in its original manufacturer's packaging with no blemishes. This rice cooker has a clean and minimal aesthetic and fits well on my small kitchen countertop. For folks living on their own or with one other person in a smaller space, the size of the cooker is perfect! Cuckoo products have consistently shown great quality for me, and I'm happy to add this one to my kitchen.

Cooks Great Rice, Just a Bit Slow
This rice cooker does a fantastic job at making fluffy, perfectly cooked rice every time. It's easy to use, and the non-stick pot makes cleanup a breeze. I also appreciate the keep-warm function — super convenient for busy days. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it takes a little longer to cook compared to other models I've used. Still, the results are consistent and delicious, and for the price, it's a solid buy. Great for small families or everyday meals!

Perfect white rice
I’ve tried a couple of other rice cookers in this price range including Yum Asia and Instant Pot, but this is the real deal. I’ve only made white rice in it but it comes out perfectly. Thankful to have found a rice cooker worth keeping!

good cooker but NOT capable of 6 cups dry rice - more like 4-5 max
On the whole I like this cooker. A few things to note:(1) It does NOT allow 6 cups dry rice. I'm not sure what rice type or method allows 6 cups dry rice; I make brown and black rices which I parboil 1st for 5 minutes, then rinse and add to Cuckoo cooker, using 1:1 water ratio (do NOT use more otherwise rice will be mushy) using multi-grain setting. there is no way this will allow 6 cups dry rice, more like 3-4 cups dry rice if you don't water flying out the top vent.(2) removing the rubber gasket from the inner plate is a bit of a chose and it's easy to damage the rubber gasket, so be careful - must be done though because it traps rice water steam which will grow bacteria(3) the user interface is not great and instructions are written in microscopic font. wish they'd spend some time making the instructions clearer, simpler and larger font.on the whole though I really like this as we cook enormous quantities of rice for 2 active people and a hungry dog every week!
