This books does have some of the best methodologies to teach you. But, the sample response and analysis kinda fall under intermediate level. I have practice writing task 2 as mentioned in the book. In comparison with blogs and youtube channels, I feel that this book is not to get highest score but get the general idea of exam.Well that is just my review may be it will work best for you.

Useful exercises

I think this is a good book for preparing for the writing. It would lead to your score to 7 or 8. If you want to a high score above 9, this book won't help a lot. I just wrote the CELPIP in December and got score 9. This book only teach you simple methods, no advanced writing skills.

Its a good practice for celpip test, you can definitely get 8-9 just with those tips if you have no idea about structure or starting sentences.

This book is a trap.1. Font size is huge, added a lot blank spaces.2. A lot garbage information.3. Use the same words and similar sentences again and again.4. Grammar and vocabulary is good, but the logic is so wrong. So dumb contents.
