Definitely what I needed! Had a 6 week constant migraine that the neurologist could not relieve with pharmaceuticals. I have suffered migraines all of my life. As a child, my parents never took me seriously. As an adult, I was misdiagnosed and not taken seriously. So I was on a different butterbur supplement and was getting great results but my stomach was a bit upset so I wanted to try this one to see if I felt better on it. I took it for two months two doses a day one at night one in the morning. After month one I noticed I was starting to get migraines here and there again. I’m not a 1-2 migraine a month person. When I get them my whole world shuts down and that was for 15+ days a month with no relief until I found butterbur & a couple other supplements I’ve added under the supervision of my Chiro (side note: he’s also the only person who’s been able to truly help relieve them and I’ve done & seen just about everything) anyway the reason why I’m writing this review is because after 6 weeks I was back to the same pattern I was in before starting my first butterbur supplement. This one is 2xs as much and not effective on me at all. I don’t know why the other one has such great results but I do know I will not be using this product ever again. Also I requested their lab data which I never got a response to.

I have had severe migraines for more than 10 years.. often 2-3 a week, then sometimes going for a stretch of “only” 2-3 times a month. I gravitate towards natural remedies first, but when my essential oils don’t cut it (and for the last year or two they haven’t taken much of the edge off any more), excedrin is my only hope because the caffeine seems to do the trick. I take it just at the very onset of symptoms (must be taken early, as *soon* as symptoms begin).. and in the last year I have only had 2 migraines that were *not* stopped right in their tracks!!!
