Very Good
The cup is comfortable in the hand and keeps the coffee hot. The lid snaps on with ease and stays tight on the cup. I add refills from morning to evening and the cup does not weaken. A good buy!

The raised ripples on the cups keep my hands from feeling too hot. What a great design! Starbucks should think about using these and get rid of those irritating hand savers!

Wonderful
I love these cups, they are very sturdy, since I am the only one in my house that uses an 8oz cup, I use it over and over again, that how sturdy they are. Great purchase for your money.

Problems with lids closing at mouthpiece. Color is supposed to be beige but they're green
I liked that corrugated portion of the cup. It offers a nice soft cushion when you hold it. The color featured when purchasing is beige. The color I received, unfortunately, has a heavy green undertone. Color is important to the one that buys to coordinate with shop colors. The lid is a bit flimsy. Some of the lids do not close at the mouthpiece causing it difficult to drink with the plastic piece open but not locked in.
