Value the money, everything is organized, got this gift for my father in law for Christmas

These are actually pretty junky and I fully anticipate them to wear out pretty quickly, but for what you pay, this isn't too bad. Honestly for things like drill bits and stuff in my work, I generally like the cheap stuff since I'm usually on a budget and it works good enough. If I were more of a professional, there's no way I'd use these. There's slight deviations in the symmetry on some of these and they dull quickly. With that said. If you're cutting pine/softwoods, these are fine and will last a while for good-enough quality work.

Couple bits were basically useless due to being hella dull - like 2 of the countersink bits. The ones that were usable did work well - like the step bits. The punch is fine & I've tried one of the drill bits with countersink attached- worked ok. Plug cutters were meh! Probably wouldn't buy again!

I have two issues with this set. The first one is that it doesn't quite do what I thought it should do, and that may be on me. But I want others to know about it before they purchase it. The other problem is simply the poor quality. First off, it's a plug and chamfer set that don't work together. I thought the chamfers that were attached to the drill bits would take out a plug size piece of wood and the plug cutters could then fill that hole. No. The chamfers do what chamfers are supposed to do, they round out the hole. And the plug cutters cut plugs. The two don't go together. I was clearly after a different product. As for the poor quality, it's multifaceted. One of the chamfers doesn't even have any cuts made into it. So that's 100% useless. The smallest drill bit and chamfer does not have enough stock exposed for the drill chuck to hold on to it. As soon as the chamfer hits the wood, it stopped spinning. The third is just a frivolous opinion, but who on Earth needs a drill bit and chamfer as big as the largest one pictured below?

Quite impressed, there was nothing about it coming in a carrying case and yet it did!

While I am open to most things being of inferior quality, I draw the line at items being not fit for purpose. The plug cutters supplied in the box had 2-3mm burrs, chipped and cracked cutting edges. The resultant plugs were grossly deformed and undersized and therefore did not fit/fill out the holes as meant to.
