I bought two. They smelled factory fresh and the quality is incredible. Smooth black cardboard packaging. I've only used one a few times, but I'm receiving very good results. I used it for my neuropathic feet. I place both feet on one side and fold the rest of the belt over my feet. The results I get are that cells "plump up" from increased blood flow. Pain and discomfort are noticeably reduced. My neuropathy is severe; I am planning to use the belt often for my feet, back, and other body parts!

I was surprised by the quality and power. I had bought a small handheld red light device for about the same amount. But instead of having to hold it over the spot I want affected, this drapes over my entire shoulder - or leg - whatever, and is much more powerful. Good price, easy to use, feels good on the skin. I haven't used the portable charger yet, but it looks like I could take it in the car to have with me.

Packaged well and easy to use. Clear instructions. It is comfortable to use and covers large areas at a time. Great value for the price because it works well and eases my sore muscles after a long day.

Item arrived and works as described. It does get pretty warm on level 5. I'm not sure if that's normal or not.

I've had seven major surgeries and I have always used ice for 30 years . To keep swelling down and pain low.I gave this light therapy a try only because ice in a winner don't really mix well. I'm impressed not only did I feel the pain quickly go away it was faster than ice ever was. Don't ask me how but I can tell you it definitely works. I absolutely LOVE this red light belt! I have another one and both do the job of pain relief but this one is more convenient with the belt style. The other one I lay on. I use this one mostly for belly fat. I use my other fir my back. Depending on where your back hurts, this might be better used if you turn it so the length runs the spine and lay on it. Otherwise it's great for lower or one side of upper like a shokder or the neck but it's more narrow so it can't do the entire back at once. An improvement could be too widen the belt but overall I'm happy with it.

Initially, loved this product. But it is just now 1 year old and I guess it shorted and started melting together. A bit concerning.

Have only used this a couple of times, so can't give a very thorough review. The large size is very good at covering a large portion of the affected area. Very lightweight and soft. Easy and seems very durable when putting back in the box. Tingling feeling after having on leg for 20 minutes, so you know something is happening. Has to be effective, at least it doesn't give any surprises in the lasting effects.
