I'm impressed! Attractive set, well made and heavy. My husband likes it and is using it for essential tremors. I got the three piece because that's all he will use, doesn't need the smaller pieces. Great purchase!

My husband is experiencing increasing neurological decline and has some trouble feeding himself at times. This tableware is very heavy with large handles and makes eating much easier for him. He actually smiled when he saw it and a smile is becoming a rare occurance.

The dinnerware items are all of good quality and clean up well in the dishwasher. However, they don't work well for my hand tremors. The handle section is very heavy and the other end is very light so they don't help steady my hand at all. I think they actually made my tremors more noticeable because it's unbalanced as I'm trying to get food into my mouth, especially soups.

They really helped slow the tremors in my husbands hands

Bought for my mum who has very badly deformed hands with Rheumatoid Arthritis, she hasn't been able to cut her dinner up for a long time but this chunky set has helped give her some control back!

The extra weight in the handle helps to steady my hand tremors, they also look more like normal silver spoon, knife & fork.
